Terms and conditions
We try and keep things direct and simple , and we are also very accommodating so please ask if there is
anything we can do to help you make arrangements, but to follow now is a guideline.
Can be made via bacs payments/chq to Global Guides Ltd, when booking is confirmed details can be
sent via text or email. For uk hire credit card payments can be made.
Each booking requires £100 for uk hire or £150 for Europe hire payable on booking acceptance, and
balance paid 28 days prior to collection.
Once booking is accepted and confirmed the booking deposit is none refundable.
If any cancellation occurs within the 28 day period to collection we will refund 50% less the booking fee
of £100 or £150.
£600 is payable for security deposits and will be refunded in full when vehicle is returned to us in the
condition it left. We take photographs of each panel and interior on collection and any marks indicated
will be agreed between us. We are very reasonable in our approach and dealings and we will not
penalize over a stone-chip or similar. Late charges or penalties , parking tickets etc will be deducted
from the security deposit if arise. We will refund half within 7 days , the balance in 14 so allowing any
speeding fines to reach us if any have arisen.
We are pretty flexible and can meet even out of hours. The train stations of Redditch and Worcester are
nearby so in certain circumstances we can collect you from these.
Usual return time is 11am, but can be extended by arrangement. Later than 2 hours without agreed
notice a full day will be charged.
We have high security storage and cars can be left by arrangement, cctv , ram posts, and fully alarmed
premises with security patrols are on offer.
In the event of an accident the hirer must notify us immediately.
Please photograph if possible damage to all vehicles.
Obtain all names and addresses of third and direct parties and any witnesses.
Report the event to nearest police station.

Roadside assistance and breakdown is included in the hire price. Please report any problems
You are liable for tyres damage or punctures. Upon vehicle return we will charge aprox cost price for
new tyre replacement, rather than retail. For punctures breakdown services can be used if needed.
Any damage must be reported immediately. If the windscreen needs replacement your excess charge
will be applied from security deposit.
We are a pet friendly company , but the travel of pets must be agreed in advance. Please be aware that
if a pet is carried extra sheets may be provided and or extra valet allowance made , at an agreed
Under no circumstances is smoking allowed in or near the entrance to vehicles. Any damage or extra
valet fees incurred will be deducted from security deposit if any occurs.
We have tracker and remote lock down facilities on all campers, so if a key should be lost we must be
notified immediately and the vehicle will be shut down. Spare keys are kept here so we can courier over,
the hirer will bear this cost. If the keys are locked in the vehicle we will attempt to engage local
breakdown or mechanical services, if not new ones will be sent at the cost to hirer.
At all times we will attempt to supply the vehicle chosen, in the event of unforeseen circumstances and
the booked vehicle was not available for any reason we would supply a similar version. Should this in
the rare event not be possible then we will refund in full and indemnity will end there.
Different terms apply for Uk and Europe hire, so these will be emailed out upon booking enquiry.
Minimum requirements are
Hirer must hold a full uk and valid licence and must have done so for at least 12 months
Name and address should correspond to the same on the insurance policy.
Be aged 25 years and over
Have had no driving offences for alcohol, drugs, careless or dangerous driving , excessive speeding, or
taking a vehicle without consent in the last 3 years.
We reserve the right to refuse hire to any person or group.
Body panel damage
We are very reasonable on this unlike many hire companies who sting customers for high repairs, in the
unfortunate light of a small dent or bump. We have our own body-shops structure so if in the event of a
minor dent, bump scratch we will charge you approx what it costs us rather than some sky high figure. If
a major dent then yes that would have to be handed over to the usual insurance channels.
